Turkey is a place that is worth visiting, and a lot of people know it. But what if the roaming service in Europe is not what you need? Are there other possible options for you to use? Actually, there are.

And that’s what we will be mentioning because you might come across something that will suit you better than just a roaming service while traveling.

Unlimited data eSIM card for Turkey

People surely know about SIM cards, but what about the eSIMs? The younger brother of the SIMs is taking over the world and is especially useful for travelers.

That’s why it can be a pretty handy option for those who are planning to travel, and the eSIM for Turkey is quite a good option for it. And in case that you are worrying about benefits, you have some of them assured.

  1. 24/7 customer service is available for its customers.
  2. People will never run out of mobile data.
  3. Unlimited Mobile data.
  4. The price is quite accessible.

International SIM Cards for Turkey

People can think that SIM cards are not so useful nowadays, but that’s not actually quite true. These cards have become an alternative for travelers, which is amazing.

Now, people can easily buy a international SIM card for Turkey, or before they even travel to the country, and they will get access to a lot of benefits. And, in case you want a top-tier service, go for Holafly SIM cards.

  1. A cheaper option than other similar services.
  2. People can buy one before traveling to Turkey, or once they reach the country.
  3. Complete access to customer support service.

Pocket WiFi for Turkey

Leaving aside SIM cards and similar products, it’s time to talk about devices. People can use Pocket WiFi while traveling, and they will get unlimited mobile data while using it.

People can easily rent these devices in different places, so they are pretty accessible for basically everyone out there, which is why is part of the solutions that we mention to travelers.

Free WiFi

Europe is a continent that people can easily visit and enjoy traveling through, and they will surely find some free WiFi hotspots out there

But, they might not be the best choice for people who want to remain connected as they will eventually lose connection as they leave the hotspot, but it can be taken into consideration for an emergency.

People might be wondering about the different services that we mentioned in the beginning. Each one of them is available in Turkey, and now we’ll see more of them.

T-Mobile Roaming Turkey service

When it comes to T-Mobile users, they can rely on three different plans to have access to a roaming plan while traveling around the world. The Essentials, Magenta, and Magenta Plus are the plans offered by the company to its clients.

Each one of these plans has its ups and downs, but we can easily tell that they are all pretty complete and will give users what they truly need.

Verizon Roaming Turkey service

Verizon offers two different plans to its clients. One of them is the International Travel Pass, which is meant to be used for people who might want to save some money as it costs 10$ per day.

On the other hand, the International Monthly Pass is more complete, yet is also more expensive as it costs 100$ per month, so it’s up to Verizon clients to choose the service that suits them better.

AT&T Roaming Turkey Service

The last service that we will be talking about is AT&T. People might have heard a lot about it, and due to its quality, is not a surprise. They offer two plans, the International Pass which costs 10$ per day gives access to the internet, and the International Phone Call Plan costs 15$ per month, but it is only useful for people who truly need to make phone calls.

Now, leaving the U.S aside, it’s time to talk about the other mobile operators that we mentioned before, the ones that are based in the UK.

O2 Roaming Turkey service

O2 offers roaming in a lot of different countries out there, and Turkey is one of them. For people who want to travel to that country, the roaming price is 4.99£ per day, which is a pretty accessible price for almost everyone.

Vodafone Turkey Roaming

Last, but not least, we have Vodafone. The company has been going through some major changes, but they are keeping their roaming service activated, and the price for it is 6£ per day. It might be a bit higher than O2, but it is still pretty accessible.

How to activate roaming with the different mobile operators in the U.S

Now, we have to talk about something that is pretty important for people. Let’s see how the roaming is activated with each one of them.

T-Mobile roaming activation

T-Mobile users should be grateful as the activation process is quite simple. People will only have to make a phone call to #RON# or #ROF# and the service will be either activated or deactivated.

Verizon roaming activation

With Verizon, we can tell that things are simple, but the process is different. To activate the roaming with this company people must go to “Settings”, then to “Mobile Data” and finally click on “Roaming” to get everything done.

AT&T roaming activation

For AT&T, people will find that the activation process is pretty similar to what we have seen in Verizon. People will have to follow the “Settings”, then the “Mobile Data” and finally the “Roaming” steps, and they are done!

How to activate roaming with the different mobile operators in the UK

Enough talking about how to activate the roaming service with the U.S mobile operators. Let’s see now how to do things with the UK companies.

O2 roaming activation

02 is definitely the owner of one of the simplest activation processes out there. People will only need to send a text message to O2TRAVEL to 23336 and the activation will be completed.

Vodafone roaming activation

The last company we need to talk about is Vodafone. People will have to choose between two different methods, the first one is calling 199 and asking a customer representative to activate the roaming. The other option is to go to the website of the company, log in to your user, and then activate the “International Roaming” option.
