Mobimatter eSIM card installation

You will need 10 minutes to do it.

Before activating the eSIM card, you have to install the data plan, which can be acquired on the Mobimatter Web or app. The next step is the activation, you have to do it once you are at your destination. You can see below an example of the eSIM card for France, with 1 GB.

• Download the Mobimatter app.

The app is free, get it on Apple Store, Play Store, and Huawei Store.

• Connect to the Wifi network.

Make sure you are connected to a great network before you start the process, we recommend you use the network of your house.

• Click on the option: cellphone

The option to configure cellphones.

• Click on Cellphone’s data plan.
• Scan the QR code of the eSIM.

When you are done, click to add the cellphone’s data plan.

• Personalized name.

Pick a name for your data plan to differentiate it. If your data plan is for France and it has 1 GB, name it: France 1 GB.

• Refresh the configuration of the operator.

Refresh it if you have received the notification, and click on Done.

• Pick the first data plan
