Simtex eSIM installation process

To activate the package, you will need an internet connection, so you can activate it before your flight from the My Packages screen on the Simtex website, or if you prefer to activate it upon landing from My Packages, by connecting to the airport wifi.

You can attach your profile using one of these two methods:

1. Scan the QR code.

2. Attaching the profile manually:

Android

3. Choose the Add operator function to scan your unique QR code.
4. Tap Download to attach your Simtex profile to your device, and you’re all set.
