To activate the package, you will need an internet connection, so you can activate it before your flight from the My Packages screen on the Simtex website, or if you prefer to activate it upon landing from My Packages, by connecting to the airport wifi.

iPhone

You can attach your profile using one of these two methods:

1. Scan the QR code.

The QR code found under: Settings > Cellular/Mobile > Add cellular/mobile plan.

2. Attaching the profile manually:

• Settings > Cellular/Mobile > Add Cellular/Mobile Plan
• There, enter the SM-DP+ address, activation code and confirmation code (found inside your profile).

Android

To attach a profile to your eSIM component on Android you will need to do the following:

1. Open your device’s Settings and tap Network & Internet.
2. From there, tap Mobile Network > Advanced > Carrier.
3. Choose the Add operator function to scan your unique QR code.
4. Tap Download to attach your Simtex profile to your device, and you’re all set.

• eSim is not available on Pixels purchased on Verizon such as the LG Razor.
