  • Timeframe: Refunds must be requested within 30 days of purchase, except for justified requests based on technical malfunctions on Yesim’s end, which must be reported to Yesim within one hour.
  • Processing time: Approved refunds are given back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. 
  • Amount refunded: If the amount requested is €10 or less, the refund will be made in Ycoins. However, Ycoins themselves are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 

The Ycoins aspect is the most unique part of Yesim’s policy. However, everything else is relatively standard.
